3. Layout proposals and ideas that can be explored (sometimes illustrated with example photos, sketches, or on-site plans, non contractual).

4. Discussion about material, color, and atmosphere choices.

5. Budget range estimation.

6. If needed: indicative list of trades involved.

7. 360° photoshoot (useful for the next project phases).
