2D PLANS

Properties often lack original 2D floor plans—lost, never created, or missing due to undocumented previous work. In this context, we offer a service to create layouts or reconstruct existing spaces from precise measurements, delivered as professional 2D plans.

Objective

• Obtain an accurate and professional plan to provide to contractors, prospective buyers, real estate agents, or others

• Have complete measurements of the space and, if needed, reconstruct the existing electrical layout plan

Format : digital file and/or printed A3 plan at scale (1:100/1:50/1:20)

Process

1. On-site measurement survey

2. Plan reconstruction in our studio

3. Delivery of the plan by email (digital format) and by mail (A3 print)
